By downloading, installing, or using the RETA mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.

2. Description of Service

RETA is a social platform that allows users to share dance videos, interact with other dancers, and build a community around dance culture. Our service includes:

• Video upload and sharing capabilities
• Social interaction features (likes, comments, follows)
• User profiles and content discovery
• Community features and user connections
• Privacy controls and content management

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To use certain features of RETA, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use RETA. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use our service.

4. User Content

4.1 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload to RETA. By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within our service.

4.2 Content Guidelines

You agree not to upload, post, or share content that:

• Is illegal, harmful, threatening, or abusive
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains nudity, sexual content, or explicit material
• Promotes violence, hate speech, or discrimination
• Contains personal information of others without consent
• Is spam, misleading, or fraudulent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use RETA only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the service to harass, bully, or intimidate others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the service
• Use automated tools to access or interact with the service
• Impersonate another person or entity
• Collect or store personal data of other users without consent

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to RETA at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, and we may delete your account and content.

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of RETA.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RETA and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RETA operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the App and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of RETA after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
